This course provides you with knowledge on handling and programming Traub’s WinFlexIPS/-Plus software. The goal is for you to be able to produce NC programs for most workpieces and to simulate and optimize existing programs for increased productivity.
Previous Knowledge
Course in programming TX 8 H/i/i-s, 4.5 days, or extensive experience in programming with Traub control systems.
Course Content
- WinFlexIPS/-Plus (PC) user interface.
Interactive machining functions:
- Initialization.
- Gripping and parting off.
- Sorting of finished part.
- Machine-specific functions.
- Turning-grooving-drilling-tapping.
- C-axis control.
- Drilling-tapping (Live tools).
- Milling with Polyform.
- Milling with Y-axis.
- Simulation with collision control CHK
*-Plus. - Programming of practice examples with simulation in 2D/3D.

General Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
Order confirmation and invoice will be sent within 10 days. Payment terms are 30 days net, however, payment is required at least 14 days before the course begins. Materials, lunches, coffee, and refreshments are included in the course fee.
Cancellation
If a participant cancels after the final payment date, a fee of 1740 SEK + VAT per participant will be charged unless a substitute is registered.
Duty to Inform
Each party is obliged to keep the other party updated with accurate information before and during the training. If there are any changes with the client that could affect the execution of the training, this should be communicated to Index Nordic as soon as possible.

Materials, methods, program modules, technical equipment, and similar items developed by Index Nordic are protected under Index Nordic’s copyright and right of use.
